Payments on this website are made securely using PayPal. You can pay either with your PayPal account funds using your login, OR if you do not have a PayPal account payment can still be made using a valid debit or credit card. Placing your order
1. To place an order you must first add item(s) into your shopping cart. To shop on this site you must have cookies enabled in your browser.
2. To add an item to the shopping cart click the add to cart button near the top right hand side of the relevant product detail page.
3. You will then see your item in the Your Shopping Cart page. From this page you can amend quantities and update the cart, continue shopping, remove items, empty cart, or proceed to checkout.
Paying for your item(s) and check out
1. Once you have selected and checked the item(s) required in your shopping cart, click the checkout button.
2. If you have purchased via our website before, please enter your email address and password in the relevant box then click continue to login. You can check your details on the confirmation screen that follows, or checkout to proceed to payment.
3. If this is the first time you have bought Silverline products via our website, please provide your address and other contact details using the New Customers form.
4. Once you have clicked checkout, you will see a summary of your order with total costs for goods and delivery (if applicable). Please check your order carefully before proceeding. If you need to change your contact information please click the change of address link provided. If you wish to revise your order, click the view cart checkout link at the top right hand corner of the website.
5. To proceed to payment please click the PayPal Buy Now button at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to the PayPal secure ordering system.
6. If you have a PayPal account and wish to pay from your PayPal funds please log in as directed on the right hand side of the screen and follow instructions. You can choose an alternative delivery address and add special instructions where prompted if required.
NB: Please ensure sufficient funds are available in your PayPal account otherwise your order may be delayed.
7. If you DO NOT have a PayPal account, please click the link next to Don’t have a PayPal account on the left hand side of the screen and follow instructions to pay by card. You can change your billing and delivery address if required where prompted.
8. Once payment completed, Silverline will receive confirmation of your order and fulfil as soon as possible during working hours. Please check our terms and conditions for delivery and other information. You will also receive a confirmation email for your order to the email address you supplied.
