Delivery can be made by carrier or post according to product. Prices will vary according to where you are and size of the product, so you will be given an option at the checkout to select which delivery method you would like. All express items require signature upon receipt. Should it not be possible for delivery to be made and you fail to contact the carrier for redelivery resulting in goods being returned to us re delivery charges may apply. A telephone number should be provided on your order is case of delivery issues.
Products will become your responsibility once they have been received by you, your agent or the intended recipient. Any loss or damage to the products will then be at your own risk.
Orders purchased with the Express delivery option need to be placed by 12 midday and will usually be despatched within 24 hours, excluding fridays when goods will be despatched on the Monday following. (excluding bank holidays). If you have missed the deadline please call us on 01805 804202 and we will try to assist.
Orders purchased with the Economy delivery options are despatched within 2-3 working days and will normally take a further 2-3 days to arrive. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Please note we accept no liablility for the delayed delivery of goods.
Shortages and damages must be noted on the delivery note and advised to our office by email at email@example.com or by telephone on 01805 804202 within 3 days of receipt.
